How to Use the Generator

Select a Template Style: Choose from Template A (Full), Template B (Simple), or Template C (Spine Label) depending on your library's labeling policy.

Verify Library Name: The field automatically fills with your active session's library name. You can modify this if you are printing labels for a branch library.

Prepare and Upload your CSV: Format a standard CSV file where Column 1 contains the unique Barcode ID and Column 2 contains the item description/title. Upload the file using the designated upload zone.

Specify Copy Quantities: Enter the number of identical copies you want to generate per barcode entry (useful for multi-copy textbook processing).
